Basmati rice with vegetables

Ingredients

1 small cup Basmati rice (55 gr)
2 small cups water (132ml)
½ carrot
1 broccoli florets
2 slices red pepper
1/4 onion
2 mushrooms
½ broth cube (optional)
1 tablespoons olive oil
1tablespoons soy sauce

Preparation


Place the rice in the mini steam case. Add the vegetables, washed and chopped, sprinkle with olive oil and broth cube. Add water, close and cook in the microwave at 650-800W for 8-10 minutes until rice is done. Sprinkle with soy sauce before serving.
