4 large Norway lobsters 20grs ham 10grs mango 4 leaves of Swiss chard Salt Pepper Soy sauce
Clean the Norway lobsters leaving only the tails, cut the ham into thin strips, cut the mango into fine strips. To prepare the bundles: lay out a Swiss chard leaf, place a Norway lobster on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper, place 2 or 3 strips of ham and 1 or 2 strips of mango on top. Sprinkle some soy sauce on top and roll up the leaves. Trim the remainder. Place in the steamer and close the lid. Pour a small amount of water in the pot and place the steamer on top. Cook for 3-4 minutes for medium rare, and 1 minute more for well-done. May be served accompanied by a bowl of soy sauce.

Spanish product par excellence, cured ham is a top quality meat product with characteristic aroma, taste and nutritional properties. From a nutritional perspective, the curing process modifies its composition, increasing its proteins and reducing fat compared to fresh ham. Cured ham also contains unsaturated fatty acids and is rich in vitamin B1, B6 and zinc. However, the best quality products are obtained from acorn-fed, free-range Iberian pigs.
