Bread and Egg Millefeuille

Place a layer of ham at the bottom of the steam case and cover with 4 slices of white bread slices..

White bread
Eggs
Sliced ham
Slice cheese
Tuna in oil
Oregano
Tomato sauce
Mayonnaise
Lettuce

Preparation


Place a layer of ham at the bottom of the steam case and cover with 4 slices of white bread slices soaked in egg.  Top the bread with 4 cheese slices.  Brush the cheese with the tomato sauce and cover the entire surface with the tuna.  Sprinkle with oregano.  Add another layer of ham slices, a cheese layer, and a layer of egg-soaked bread.  Trim the bread slices that point out at the corners so that the steam case can be closed.  Add a final layer of ham, close the steam case, and microwave for 3 minutes at 900W until the egg cooks.  Leave to cool, remove it from the steam case and place in the fridge to serve cold with mayonnaise and lettuce.
