The pleasure of cooking at home


Egg with Iberian ham, Parmesan and chives over nest of pasta with cream sauce.

Cook the pasta in the microwave pot following the instructions.

Ingredients

1 egg
20 g Iberian ham cut into thin strips
2 tablespoon grated Parmesan
2 chives
50 g spaghetti or ribbon pasta
80 ml cream
Salt
Pepper

Preparation


1. Cook the pasta in the microwave pot following the instructions. 2. Break an egg into Ovo, add one tablespoon cheese, the ham and the chopped chives. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover and cook in a saucepan with water for 6 minutes. 3. Drain the pasta and serve on a dish in the form of a nest. 4. In a saucepan, heat the cream with the remaining Parmesan, add salt and pepper. Remove the egg from the mould, place it in the centre of the nest and add the cream sauce.
