This advice service includes nutritional information on recipes, help for planning healthy, balanced menus, nutritional information about ingredients, the characteristics of different cooking methods, and hygiene and safety benefits of Lékué silicone products, to mention just a few.

Sticsa comprises a team qualified in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and a European Master's Degree in Nutrition and Metabolism from Barcelona University, who work enthusiastically to provide professional advice in all the fields of food, nutrition and food studies to all people and organisations requiring it. It was formed in 2004 and has been advising individuals and companies ever since. It works with individual users to improve their nutritional status, offering them the keys to customised nutritional and dietetic education, and to achieving and maintaining objectives. As a company, our intention is to add value and to complement our customers' services or products. Some of services we provide are: article and content writing, menu planning, quality monitoring and food safety, especially on the topics of food handling and hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP).
